AI Notes	The write-up Echo produces after a meeting. Its shape comes from the Meeting Type
Action Approval	Your one-time permission for one exact action Echo Agent wants to take in a connected app
Brief (Precall Brief)	A short summary before a meeting, written from earlier meetings with the same people. Each line links to its source
FAQ Answers	Question-and-answer pairs you reviewed. Echo shows the matching answer word for word when the question comes up
Checklist	Topics you want a meeting to cover. Echo rates each topic after the meeting
Claim Check	A flag on a statement worth probing. Live generation is disabled and hidden in desktop 0.1.87; saved records remain available
Contacts	The people and companies Echo knows from your meetings, calendar and sources, with what each side owes
CV Out	A formatted Word CV and a client email for one candidate, made together
Default sharing	An Organization rule that shares finished meetings with the meeting owner’s Teams, or with the Organization’s owner and admins
Echo Agent	Echo’s chat, for questions about your meetings and work that ends in a file. Earlier versions called it Ask Echo
Guidelines	Your instructions for how Echo writes a brief or notes for a Meeting Type
Hire Link	The link between an interview and a Skillflo Hire candidate. Linking shares the meeting’s notes with your Hire workspace
Live Assist	Automatic suggestions and answer support; disabled and hidden in desktop 0.1.87
