If your team runs jobs in Skillflo Hire, connect it to Echo. Interviews you link to a Hire candidate get the job description and CV in their brief and live help, and the interview’s notes appear on the candidate in Hire.

Connect

  1. Open Settings › Integrations and find SkillfloHire.
  2. Select Connect. You use your existing sign-in; there’s no separate account.
  3. Choose the Hire workspaces Echo can read.
Echo can read jobs, candidates, CVs and scheduled interviews in the workspaces you choose. When a linked interview starts, Echo adds the meeting link and time to that candidate’s scheduled interviews in Hire, and marks it completed when you end. Nothing else changes in Hire unless you ask Echo Agent and approve the change. If your Hire account uses two-factor sign-in, enter your authenticator code once; Echo stays verified until you sign out. For a Candidate interview on your calendar, the brief page shows a Hire link panel: “Link this meeting to a Hire candidate so it shows up on their profile.”
The Skillflo Hire panel on Priya Raman's interview brief, suggesting her Hire candidate record for the Senior Platform Engineer job, with Confirm link and Not this person.
  • When Echo finds a likely match, select Confirm link, Not this person or Choose someone else to search by name or email.
  • When exactly one Hire candidate matches the attendee’s email, Echo links them automatically when you open the brief. That shares the meeting’s notes with Hire, so change or unlink it if you don’t want that.
  • Interviews scheduled from Hire link automatically and say so, with Undo.
The link is made when the interview starts. You can also link or unlink a meeting afterwards from the meeting’s page.

What linking does

  • Before the interview, Echo uses the job description, screening questions, rubric and CV in the brief and Questions to ask.
  • After the interview, the meeting’s notes become visible on the candidate in your Hire workspace. Hire reads them where they are in Echo; nothing is copied.
Linking is your consent to share that meeting’s notes with your Hire workspace. Unlinking withdraws it. If Hire can’t be reached, the interview carries on without the extra context.
The Hire link appears on interview Meeting Types only: Candidate interview, and custom types classified as interviews. Existing custom interview types retain their classification when Live Assist is hidden. Client intake and debriefs aren’t linked.

Create a Hire job from Echo Agent

With Hire connected, you can ask Echo Agent to set up a job:
Create a Hire job from this JD, with AI interview questions on Kubernetes and on-call.
Echo reads what you gave it and drafts the job and its interview questions, then shows a single review with the workspace, the job fields, the questions and anything it couldn’t resolve. Nothing changes in Hire until you confirm the review and approve each change. Echo creates the job as a draft; publish it and invite candidates in Hire. Approving these changes on desktop needs the latest version of Echo.

Hire CRM

Hire CRM connects to Echo from Hire CRM’s settings. It reads your finished meetings’ notes, transcripts and calendar details and keeps its own copy, which disconnecting or deleting in Echo doesn’t remove. It never reads meetings marked Exclude from automatic sharing (Private — never auto-share in earlier versions) or meetings shared with you. Its help pages have the steps.
